Our return and exchange policy lasts 24 hours from the time of delivery and only in case of damaged or wrong items delivered. If 24 hours have passed, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
If you have received a damaged or wrong item, please take its picture immediately and share it with our customer service on the same day you receive. To be eligible for a return;
- The product is in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
- The product has not been used.
Exchange Policy:
The product is eligible for exchange within the 24 hours from the time of delivery. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email, and our team will be in touch with you within the next 24 to 48 hours and guide you through the exchange process.
